  Seagull-73080 Pre-wrap foam underwrap tape is used for added comfort to prevent skin chaffing and for painless tape removal.Can be used to keep football shin guards and ice packs in place.Features a lightweight foam that is wrapped over the skin to form a base layer for sports tapes and strapping such as zinc oxide tape or elastic adhesive bandage.Provides a protective film between the skin and the tape to reduce rubbing and irritation.Can also be used as an overwrap - for instance, to hold shin guards in place or fix ice packs to an injured limb.
